Friday night, Saturday night or a Sunday matinee. Pick your pace and make a weekend of it.

Michael’s Denver housing note
July Denver metro data show a softer condo and townhome market than many buyers experienced earlier in the cycle. That can create room to negotiate, but a lower asking price is only one part of the decision.
A Denver condo or townhome with longer market time may give a buyer room to request a seller concession, rate buydown or price adjustment. Before calling it a bargain, I would also review HOA dues, reserves, insurance, litigation, special assessments and whether the project fits the intended loan program.
The goal is to compare the complete monthly payment, cash needed at closing and property eligibility, not only the list price.
