Michael Shotnik started the industry in a mortgage call center, and quickly realized he loved the business, but didn’t agree with the approach most companies were employing. As he’s built his clientele, he’s learned what clients like and don’t like. All this experience has shaped the experience we offer today.
Michael made Mortgage Professional America’s list of ‘Young Guns’ in 2014, 2015 and 2016, as well as the ’40 Under 40 Mortgage Professionals to Watch’ in National Mortgage Professional Magazine for 2013, 2014 and 2015. Michael has also been honored in MPA’s Hot List for 2015.
Additionally, Sierra Pacific Mortgage is regularly listed in Denver Business Journal’s Book of Lists for top Mortgage Companies in the area.
As the branch manager, he wears many hats. He engages clients, manages staff, and grows the branch. He has large ambitions for the company, and understands the only way to achieve them is by excelling on every transaction.
Michael adores spending time with his wife and four children, and also enjoys playing nice golf courses and cycling.
Shaunna is a Colorado native and enjoys what this state has to offer. She enjoys fitness, hiking, and cooking. She is a mom of three awesome kids who keep her crazy busy and on her toes!
