Looking for fun things to do with the kids this holiday season? There are lots of fun events going on around the city. Read on to find ways to celebrate Christmas in Denver this year!
If you have little ones, Zoo lights is a fun event for the kiddos. In addition to the zoo animals, the Denver zoo has illuminated animal sculptures all around the zoo. This event runs November 24-25, and goes from December 1st to 31st. Santa will be attending the zoo, but be sure to dress warm as this is a mostly outdoor event.
Speaking of lights, 9News Parade of Lights is always a fun time! This event is December 1st (8 PM) and December 2nd (6 PM). Located in Downtown Denver, this is a super fun FREE event for the whole family! It can get crowded, fast, so be sure to head down early to secure your spot on the route. Are you on the south side of town and looking for something closer to home? Hudson Gardens hosts a Hudson Christmas November 24th and 15th and then in December. Looking for somewhere to see Santa? He’ll be at the Streets of Southglenn, Park Meadows Mall, Bass Pro Shop, Flatiron Crossing, The Brown Palace, Downtown Aquarium, Cherry Creek Mall, Larimer Square, and Southlands.
